If you've ever wondered what these "T" values mean here is a great explanation from BYO. One pound of whole cone hops yields about 0. At first glance it seems that the process used to make T45 pellets is only half as efficient as the T90 process, but when the alpha acid content is evaluated the difference has nothing to do with inefficiency; T45 pellets contain about double the alpha acids from the same cone hops as do T90 pellets. This all makes more sense if the process of converting hop cones to pellets is briefly reviewed. Hops are harvested by cutting the entire bine vine free from the trellis and hauling this long plant into the hop processing shed. A series of specialized machines strip cones and leaves from the bine, and the cones are separated from the leaves. The cones are then loaded into the kiln, dried, and then usually compressed into hop bales for storage. It is imperative for hops to be harvested at just the right time and quickly processed into bales, because a delay at this stage can be detrimental to hop quality. The new bales are then transferred to cold storage where they await shipment to breweries using hop cones, or to processing plants that convert whole hops to pellets there are a few farmers who skip the bailing process and go straight from the drying floor to the pelletizer, but this is far less common. Hop extracts are made from hop pellets because the small, dense pellets are much easier to handle than cones.

April 10, Comments. I'm Beau, and I am the owner, designer, operator, salesperson, janitor, folder, quality controller, web builder, and delivery driver for Tee See Tee. This is not easy for me. I am not "shy" by today's standards, but I am not an extrovert either. So to make a decision to be out there in front of the masses, selling, schmoozing, talking about our process and products, I am getting nervous just thinking about it! But it needs to happen. I realized earlier this year that the last couple years we spent so much energy on designing, printing, and delivering tens of thousands of t-shirts to our retail partners all over Michigan, that we stopped doing things like street fairs, music festivals, and trunk shows. In our first year of business, Tee See Tee did about 30 different shows during the summer. In our 3rd and 4th I want to show you what Tee See Tee is all about; having fun, being original, and making you smile!
Why is it difficult for a business to work with clients in instant messengers?
Login Sign up. Has your Instagram follower growth fallen off a cliff? Has the new algorithm rendered you invisible to your current followers? Are your hashtags no longer bringing you new views? And have you blamed yourself, thinking that maybe your art is stale, your photos boring, your Stories irrelevant? And have you tried many new improvements with little or no results, until self doubt starts to eat at your creativity like slugs in a garden? I'm a chronic researcher. Another way to say that is I'm curious- maybe even a teeny bit nosy.
Technologies for working with clients in social networks and instant messengers Clients are increasingly using traditional tools to communicate with companies: telephone, mail, personal meetings. All communication gradually goes online. In social networks and instant messengers, customers read the news, find and buy goods, communicate, work - and if they have questions, they try to ask them there. Not all companies are ready for this. Work with social networks is carried out by specialists, for whom this is often just one of the duties, or, conversely, one SMM worker who is not competent in other matters.
